Default The word VOLT showing on my odometer

I have a 93 c4 and recently the battery light on the center console comes on and off occasionally and only for a second. Tonight the word VOLT appeared on the odometer. Does this mean it's time for a new battery?

Changling mode. Tomorrow it will morf into a Volt.

Yes, check the battery and alternator for proper voltage.

Incorrect, it is poor quality subliminal advertising to buy a volt. Gm wants their 40k. Head immedietly without thinking to your local GM dealer and Buy a Volt to turn off light.

Barring that, what volts is your car charging at?

Charging should be between 13.8 and 14.6 depending on how long the car has been running....WW

That's a good thing, compared to the Volt, the Prius is a "Pro-Stocker"......WW
