From a previous post..
The FSM shows that the horn relay is powered by the LCD and THEFT fuses.
LCD fuse is in the easily accessible fuse panel.
The THEFT fuse is in the Auxiliary fuse block which is located below the RH side of the IP, behind the radio receiver box.
The relay is located just to the left of the radio receiver, 2nd from the left on the relay bracket.
