85 windshield and weatherstripping
I want to get a new windshield put on my 85.Does the weatherstripping around the windshield have to be removed when they remove the windshield?The weatherstrip needs replacing though It would be cheaper if I could do it myself.

Yes, you'll need to replace the weatherstripping.

Do some forum searches on this. Many people have had their replacements butchered by installers, it is apparently a very unique setup.
