Default Grand Sport Fender Flares Installed from 'Vette Daddy'! Pics Included!

Hey guys...just wanted to let you know I finally got around to getting my flares painted and put on and wanted to send a shout out. I bought my flares from forum user 'Vette Daddy' after buying a set off ebay and trashing them. The set I bought off ebay were horrible. They were hollow with no backing and would have taken a miracle to make fit right. After talking with Brett('Vette Daddy'), he sent me some pics of his flares which are exact reproductions of the original GM flares...he even went as far as putting the original GM stamping and part numbers on them. I pulled the trigger on his flares(and extensions) and in about a week, he had shipped them out. I knew instantly upon looking at and holding them, that these were the real deal. They arent hollow, or cheap feeling and you can tell that they have excellent craftsmanship. With very very minimal sanding, they fit like a glove on the car. So...got some paint put on them last week and finally got them put on yesterday afternoon. At first, I was only going to install the flares, but after seeing the flare extensions, I decided to put those on as well to add that "finishing touch".

Sorry about the quality of the pics...with my camera and the lighting, they didnt turn out the greatest...

Not trying to sell anyones product, but definitely letting all the C4 guys of a quality product and experience for anyone thinking about putting a set of GS flares on!

The paint, wheels, and window tint really compliment each other.

Why the Grand Sport badging, it takes away from the car in my opinion.

Beautiful C4!
Just something that'll make vette owners and particularly those enthusiasts who know the difference between a 96 LT1, LT4 and Grand Sport say, "Wait a second...what the???" She is an original LT4 btw...

I like to be and make things a little different, IE, the emblems...
