Thinking of buying a 92-96 Vette, how much should I expect to pay?
Hey guys,
I am considering buying a 92-96 C4, 6-speed, decent mileage. How much should I expect to pay? Is there any way I can find a 92 for less than $12k? Any input would be appreciated.

I just bought a 92 auto coupe with 80k miles in immaculate condition with quite a few options for 11k. I think it's a pretty good price for what I got. It depends where you are and what the market is like. Right now you can pick up a nice car for relatively low dollars.

Two weeks ago I bought a 94 for just above 13K. But it was far from low miles. I t has over 90K on it.
You have to weigh what you're trading for the lower price. I'm happy with it, but it is up to you.

Just purchased my 1994 LT1 with 47,800 miles and in excellent condition for 18,500.00, I would have paid 20,000.00 for it. The only problem so far was the Door Pin was pushed in causing flashing interior lights and doors locking and unlocking, thanks to the Corvette Forums input thats all fixed :yesnod:

I paid $16,000 for my '94 LT1 end of last month. 87,000 miles. Mint condition, no dings, dents or blemishes. New Bridgestone Potenzas. Automatic, red leather and both tops still with it. The smoke top is still clear with only a coupe little stress cracks. They were asking 16,500 for the car if I recall. I fought them on a non-working pasenger window switch and power door locks that didn't work (turned out to be a fuse, thank God).
I have already dumped a boat-load into changing ALL of the fluids, front end allignment, new brake pads and brake juice. Also had to buy a cover and some cleaning supplies, a couple goodies like lettering kits etc.
I imagine the money pour will never stop.!!!!!
I'm having the time of my life :)
