Clear Coat is faded/cloudy on rear deck
Clear Coat is faded/cloudy on rear deck, can this be buffed or do I need re-paint?
Also front bumper got bumped and the paint crinkled so that needs paint for sure. How much should that cost?

Can you provide some good pictures? You'll probably get more accurate answers if people can see the issue. Take some just before or just after sunset when there is not direct sunlight reflecting on the paint.

If you have the same thing that I do on my 89 (looks chalky) the clear has worn off and the paint is down to the base. The only fix is to repaint it, which can cost more than the car is worth. I look at it this way, I can't see it from the drivers seat, so it doesn't bother me.

I had the same problem on my '92. I had just the top half of the rear bumper re-painted at Maaco for less than $400. Here is my thread talking about the re-paint that I posted on ACE here in AZ. The thread has after pics.
