85 Starting problem
New problem with my 85 manual transmission C4.
You have to push in the clutch in order for the starter to engage. It happened to me for the second time with the clutch pushed in it will not turn over. It is acting as though the clutch is not being pushed in when it is. I push started it and it started. When I got to my next destination it did engage and turn over. I just don't want to get stuck again and have to push start it. Does anyone think it is the clutch switch causing the problem? Should I just figure out how to bypass that switch so I don't have to push clutch in to start it?
Thanks for any suggestions.
