Hello,
I have a 1986 Corvette. It is a nice car. I am a new owner. I got this car for my 20th wedding anniversary. I LOVE it. A friend asked me recently IF it had the Z51 Suspension package. How do I tell IF it does ??

Open the lid on the left storage tray in the bac. There's an RPO code label there. Look for Z51. You should also have an oil cooler and a secondary cooling fan.

If you still have the original shocks then they will be Bilsteins painted yellow.
The wheels are 9.5" wide on all 4 corners. You can see this by looking at the depth of the centers where the lug nuts are.
There is an oil cooler above the oil filter.
The steering is quicker. Two turns, lock to lock.
