Default Engine Rebuild

I pulled the engine from my Ruby and performed a major rebuild. Herewith is one of the documenting photographs...

I think I remember those days. Good to see a "light hearted" no problem thread once in a while!

I think fabbing the engine mounts for your car may be a little tricky!

I built the original V8 in 1962; I was 11 at the time. When I went to college, my mother threw it out, along with a "Big T" hot rod (below) I built that same year.

This Visible V8 and another Monogram "Big T" were completed while mourning the passing of my mother. Both are under glass. "The Big T" is labeled "Dirty Dancing" as I had that movie playing on my computer in the background as I worked. Construction on the Visible V8 was accompanied by the complete "Twilight Zone" series on DVD.
