Well my experience was not very good with your company: I ordered a cover from NAT on 2-12-15, and not any response from your company. I emailed and even called the number on your web site and no one would answer, I could only leave a message. Not until I open a case with Pay Pal on 3-3 did you answer me and told me the cover I ordered is out of stock until April... I was asked if I wanted a refund and I said yes... Still waiting on my refund as of 3-9...
For a supporting vender I expected better.

I'm very sorry the car cover you ordered was taking so long. I was told by the vendor they would be in by March. And then they changed the date. You have been refunded via paypal. I went back and checked my emails and messages and do not see any from you. My sincerest apologies for your experience.
