Default 1991 Epic Fail

I test drove a 1991 convertible here in Phoenix and wow, what a basket case. Everything was dented, dinged and did not work. The photo's looked great and the price was right but what a disappointment. There has to be some C4 cars out there that are priced right and in good shape.

It's pretty hard to get dents and dings in fiberglass.

It looked like he had driven it thru a driving rage right before a golf tournament then used painters household spackle to make the repairs. The luggage rack was even dented, the carpet was coming off, the stereo did not work, idiot lights were illuminated and the finish was off the rims. He told me the car was from San Francisco so I assume salt took the finish off the rims. It was a real mess! I just don't understand, Corvettes are so nice, who abuses them like that?
