In the post above those wheels are C5 base wheels and shouldn't be used for any reference what so ever.
You might maybe post a link to the wheels you're actually looking at or mention the offsets they quote in whatever store you're shopping.

OP mentions OE and a combination of 18 X 10.5 and 18 X 9.5. None of the "wagon" snapshots are of much help and neither are the "thin-spokes". OE does Corvette wheel replicas that are 18X9.5@54mm and 18X10.5@56mm and any package that they sell that match those specifications would be considered an excellent fit and choice. They offer more than one package and that's why I asked the OP for maybe a link OR ..
Here's a link to a possible choice for the OP and they're wanna be "thin-spokes" I guess so if any one had snapshots of any C5 combinations from OE they could help. I imagine they do the C5Z06 look also in those specifications but I didn't look.

Any other choices that don't match those "offsets" I wouldn't consider a fit. Those specifications might be ideal for a C4 88+ for wheels. Tire sizes is another issue maybe.

I should have remembered the 4 X 9.5's that are on your car. 4 X the 9.5's would work on an 88+ C4 but you would loose minimal wheel/tire placement in the wheelhouse. The wagon wheel actually looks quite good on an early C4 with the black side molding. I saw a set on a '91+ car once and it just looked terrible.

The car is a corner carver, from my research many people use that setup for autocross and track days.

I was pretty confident that it was '87 or earlier looking at the rear wheel/tire placement and for you to accomplish 17X11 on all 4's you'll need the 36mm offset of the actual ZR-1 wheel to accomplish a fit OR spacers if you try the 50mm offset. I believe it could be a very special effort to accomplish an 11" fitment for the earlier car.
Good luck.
OP hasn't been back but I'd think hard about 4 X 18X9.5@54 if I had a '88+ base car that was a "driver" to accomplish front/rear rotation but his choice for a "stagger" could work equally as well, there's just no rotation option.
Good luck.

Here is a thread topic with some people that succeeded with the fitment. https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums/c4-general-discussion/2519641-early-c4-17x11-front-wheels.html
I also have spc control arms that can gain as much camber as needed.
