Default Upper Control Arm Nut Torque Spec

I just bought a 1992 Corvette (Base Model, No Special Handling Package). When going through a few things under the hood, I noticed that this nut on the upper control arm was literally finger tight. The guy that I bought it from said that he replaced all of the bushings with poly-graphite bushings. I am thinking he forgot to torque this guy down? Does anyone know the torque spec on this nut (See Images)? Thanks for any help.

This is the nut that was finger tight, in the center of the photograph.

Snagged from Corvette Central's web side for front bushing replacement:

"GM does not have a recommended torque setting for the upper control arm shaft nuts. The upper control arms were not to be serviced; hence they have no guidelines to go by. It is very hard to determine what the initial torque was because a locking compound was used on the threads. In the shop, we apply blue Loc-tite to both shaft end nuts and torque them to 35-40 foot pounds. This may not seem very tight but we are dealing with aluminum threads."

Can you let me know what size socket you are using. I just rebuilt mine and need to check the torque. Thanks.

I don't doubt a 1 3/16 would work but it's an M20X2.5 nut so I'd be more inclined if I had an M30 socket to use that. Likely either would do.

I used a 30mm socket on it.
