I wonder how he was able to have all those roads closed for this video? Can you get permits for this? I've never seen anything like that Mustang!

You would most certainly get a permit from the city, after having agreed on compensation.

Keep in mind: this wasn't done at one time; it was many, many takes, likely over several months.

And considering it's L.A., this kind of thing is done all the time.
