Are these export parts or custom?
Found these on craigslist, not sure if they are custom or export parts.

Original GM body parts would not have a primer coat like that shown in the pic. The parts should be black in color; the pic looks like they have been painted a dark gray. The small flaps certainly are not for domestic C4's.
It's hard to say if they were specific to export cars but maybe you can call the seller and ask for the part numbers. An "export" part will have a different number than the regular domestic part. I think there are some members that have old parts books for C4 Corvettes and they may be able to check out the parts numbers. You may have to start a new thread asking to check the numbers.

Yes, the side cover panel with the wheel well moulding is an export part.
There is also, a matching fender/hood moulding.

I had my hands on a set from a fellow CF member, but I didn't like how "tucked under" they made the front wheels appear. Instead, I went with rear GS flares and ZR1 A-molds in the back (see pics below)
