Hello. I bought a 1985 Corvette a couple of months ago. It is soon going to be shipped to Norway. I'm a bit concerned because my engine does not sound well at all, it has this knocking sound at idle. My dad's old Corvette mechanic in Miami said it could possible be the timing. It has 68k miles and 1 orginal owner since new.

Any suggestions?

Sorry, You need a better vid from startup - slow walk around.. 1/4 throttle taps. Without dialog about the power..
So far possible exhaust leak or gutted CAT
