What mount is everyone using to mount racing seats in their C4s? Seems like nobody makes any brackets to mount racing seats to these cars.

I went to a local metal-fab shop and bought some aluminum angle. Something like 2-1/2 or 3", 1/4" thick. Take a few measurements, drill a few holes, a little grade 5 or 8 hardware and it was probably less than $40.

For the anti-submarine belt (if using 5or 6pt harness) I got a piece of SS tubing and ran it across the two front bolts (flatten the end and drill a hole through so the bolts sit tight).

I was hoping to not have to fab up brackets, but it's starting to look like I may have to.

Anyone else found a place to purchase brackets?

What seats are you using? Are they side mount or bottom mount?

OMP WRC and TRS. They are both side mounts, and I have those brackets. Just need the brackets to the floor.
