One person car cover install - quick & easy
This may seem like no-brainer to some, but I was trying to get the car cover on by myself. Most car covers have elastic around the bottom edge and this makes the car cover curl up in a annoying ball that's difficult to put on.
So, I came up with simple, easy method that requires no hooks or elastic cords attached to the car. The car cover needs to be the type with elastic around the bottom edge.
Open the rear hatch window and hook the rear of the car cover around the window. This will allow you to pull the car cover to the front without it coming off. Attach one corner of the front elastic car cover under one side of front bumper. Attach the other corner of the cover under other side of the front bumper. Pull easy from the center of the car cover to make sure the whole front bumper is covered.
Now you have it hooked in the front. Carefully slide the cover off the rear hatch and close it. Pull from the center rear of the car cover and attach one side under one side of the rear bumper. Now walk to the other side and pull it under the other side of the rear bumper.
DONE! Easy. One person install!

I have always started at the sides, rolled each side up to the top center of the car, then rolled back to front to make what looks like a rolled up sleeping bag. Then just do reverse to reinstall. Works perfectly every time.

I always start by putting the mirrors in the mirror pockets this holds the cover in place so you can wrap the front then rear bumpers... ever notice it is even tougher to cover a freshly waxed car, that thing just wants to slide off the car with any little movement

Yeah release the front and back, pull up each side to the middle, and roll front to rear (or rear to front), reverse steps when reinstalling. Easy!

I just lay it on the top, front to back. Slip on the rear corners then work forward and put the mirrors in the pockets and finally pull the front of the cover over the front end. Works for me.

That's how I put the cover on mine.
