I need to put them back together but the weather has not cooperated the last couple of weeks. I'm also trying to decide what to do for tires.

Our plan was to pick it up and do some sightseeing on the way back to PA. Hurricane Ivan was brewing in the gulf but wasn't predicted to be a problem but then it drastically changed course and was on our tail for the entire trip.

I have been avoiding posting pictures of my car because I was want to fix a few more under-hood problems before doing that. I can take, and post some if it is understood that it is not finished.

Then my car is "ruined" also. About the only car enthusiast attitude I cant stand is the purist who has to bash everyone that does not keep their car original. If its not your car, and you care that much about keeping it all original then you do that, and be glad there is one less car you need to worry about.

LOL dude calm down I'm LS swapping mine as well. Just poking fun at some of the posts Ch@0s and I have seen on facebook about LS swapping. Sarcasm doesn't translate to type unless you are in the know.

This is sitting in my garage right now waiting to go in.

Too true about the sarcasm.

I have some wiring left to clean up, I need to find a new upper rad support, and a bit more. However...

Personally I don't begrudge anyone modifying their car in whatever way they want, after all it's their car but one exception. It has to be safe on the street if that's where it's going to reside.

I have to admit I'd rather start with a close to original car just because you don't always know whether mods were done correctly and safely or not unless you know and can check it out yourself. I've seen some scary work having been previously done on some cars, an accident waiting to happen. I'll even admit I was involved in helping on one, we were too young and dumb (back in the 60's) to know how unsafe it ultimately would be. Big thing to remember, when driving it's not just you that may be at risk but other drivers as well. You want it to be safe for everyone involved.

I make videos like that all the time you would be surprised how easy it is with the right program.

I just happen to be switching jobs this week and ended up will all my Vette pics in one folder when I cleaned out my PC. That made the video very easy to make.
