Default Steering Wheel

I'm looking for a diagram on a 1985 Steering Wheel Column. I need to take mine apart and replace a few things and would like to make sure I have all the parts that are needed.

The parts catalog might have what you're looking for:

This isn't a diagram but a step by step tutorial. Hope it helps.

I used this link when I rebuilt my Jeep YJ column. Its really a good source for the Saginaw column used by GM and Jeep. All of them are virtually the same except the telescoping feature.

It isnt that hard. Good luck!

Here is a source for parts...WW

If the part below has never been changed, you will definitely need a new one, they almost always fall apart when you remove them....

Are you talking about just the telescoping aspect of the column? Did you screw up the splines or just what have you done?

There's one on eBay for less than $20 shipped. He's a very responsible seller
