My 87 tail lights and parking lights dont work. The fuse is good. My dash lights dont work either. but my instrument panel lights do work like tach and speedo they work. Any help on where to begin.

Most the time when there are no lights working that are on different circuts it could be a ground issue! Break lights and turn signals work through the steering colum. Running lights work on there own circut. Ground your test light to frame and test light socket. If you have volts then it's a bad ground in loom! If no volts then harness has a break or plug to rear wire harness has a problem. If it is a ground issue and you are unable to find it you can tap another wire as a ground and lights should work! Haven't had any electrical issues with my Vette yet! But have wired a lot of hot rods with newer tilt colums.
