I sprayed out a test card of the color today, i have no doubt that this is the color i want. I like it! The color really changes to darker on the side tone as you can tell in the third pic.

Love the color, that will really pop with those wheels. You might have to change your forum name though.

Thanks! I plan on keeping the top black as well as the mirrors. I am contemplating painting the headlight cover black also, not the outside covers but the inner dome covers that show when the lights are on. Any thoughts? Has anyone seen this done?

Interesting on the headlights, I've not seen it done but it sounds unique and I'd bet it'd look great. I'm excited to see the new paint laid down.

Got up early and got the car painted today, not fun but its done. Turned out pretty decent and glad that all the hard work is done. Hopefully get to take her for a cruse in the new couple weeks. Still have to reassemble and put new weather stripping in all with some new interior parts. Rims need a polish bad also! Enjoy some more pics.

What did you do to the belt line molding to prep it for paint, seems it wouldn't stick to that plastic very well.

For raw plastic an adhesion promoter is required then sealed and painted. Most new oem bumpers come to the body shop in raw plastic, if done right there will be no issues. Im getting excited to get this done and on the road, cant wait to see her with the sun bouncing off of it. More pics to follow soon!
