....no offense as I dearly love the Silver Collector Edition models, and the "C4 daddy" Grand Sports in Admiral Blue, examples.
But I'm unsure how many LT4 - 330HP motor equipped Base Coupes and Verts were offered in '96, (especially that they only came with the "ZF" Stick Trans),
...and thought a little recognition would be nice for fellow owners also.
Hope to see you fellow esteemed members that own a '96 LT4 - 330HP, BASE Coupe or Ragtop post yours up too!

6,359 LT4 cars built, so they are not super rare.

Yes of course 6,359 in total RollaMo, but subtract out the 1000 Grand Sport models, and what were the Silver Collector Edition LT4/M6 models, and that's what I'm talking about....
...yours is truly one sweet LT4, Rolla.
Who else can jump in with their LT4 ride and info?

Late build LT4, built in June of 1996 in the final weeks of C4 production. One of 523 Polo Green LT4’s. Have had the car a long, long, time and don’t ever see getting rid of it. Was my daily driver for 6 years in the mid ’90s into the early 2000’s. Currently has 57,000 miles on it. Bone stock to this day except for battery and tires.
Here is proof of the daily driver duties, drove it through anything central Ohio could throw at it and it never missed a beat. Snow photo is from about 1997. Photos above are from after I purchased a beater and was able to thoroughly detail the car.

The manual C4 is easy to drive in the snow providing you do not go beyond it’s limitations. If the snow is deep enough that you plow through it, that is when it would be best to leave the Corvette slumber and drive something else to work. Driving a manual provides good control, starting out in second gear moves the car along pretty well. Turning ASR off in these conditions allows you to work the throttle as needed.
I no longer have my C4 out in any kind of bad weather, I have other cars available to take to work when the sun is not shining. I work in the OR as a RN at a level II trauma hospital, can’t afford the risk of getting stuck in the Corvette trying to get to work in bad weather. In those 6 years, I never became stuck, lost control, or was involved in an accident. This past winter during my commutes to work, it seemed that many of the accidents I came across had some type of SUV involvement.

Exactly the info I was referring to gent. Beautiful example you have there, along with all the other '96 LT4 rides.....Very Cool.
Hope more owners come by to visit, and share their own LT4 Base Coupes, Verts, and stories as well....
