1995 Tires
I need to buy new tires for my 95 coupe. The choices in the stock tire sizes seem to dwindling. What are you running on your stock rims? If I do a search on tire rack there are only 3 choices for tires. The Kumho tires don't even show up anymore.

Try summit racing. Look at their Mickey Thompson street tires. Great tire and fair pricing.

I just put Nitto NT555 all the way round as well. So far so good.

I feel your pain with the tire decision The Goodyear Eagle GSC's on the rear of my '93 only have about 6K miles and a couple of years old, in great condition. The fronts are worn and need to be replaced, they are about 10-12 years old. I wanted to replace the fronts with new GSC run flats, but they are no longer made and most places online only stock only the right front tire, if that. My car does have a factory spare tire but no jack. I am the second owner. Looks like I will be going with the Continental Extreme Contact DWS for the front. I hate that the tires won't match but the rear GSC's are about $300+ EACH not mounted and balanced. They will be staying on the car for a while. Without run flats on the front I now need to find an oem jack, just in case I get a flat!

Continental Extreme Contact DWs
I switched my 96 CE 'vert to Continental Extreme Contact DWs last year and am very happy with them. They are quiet on the road and seem to ride well. But, that is in comparison to the car with its OE, hard as a rock, factory Goodyears.

I am going to replace the tires on my GrandSport soon I think I am going to try out the Mickey Thompson Street Comp tires. Summit carries them they are reasonably priced and they look like an aggressive tire.

I have 315/35/17, 11" rears and 275/40/17, 9.5 on the front on ZR1 black rims. About $ 600.00 free shipping to an install shop near me. Cost $40.00 to install and balance. These M/T's street comps. for the money are unbeatable and they look sinister. Summit is great to work with.

I just put the Mickey Thompsons on my 88. 315 in the rear, 275 in the front. Only have a few hundred miles on them so far, but I am very pleased. Had one chance to push them a bit and I think they held on very nice. Can't wait to see how they do with real heat in them.

Wrote this online review on the Nitto NT 555 Extreme tire back in Oct. 2012 and am still impressed with the results a few years later.
