while installing my engine I think I placed one of the wiper motor bolts on the receiver of the hood pins (latch) because when I placed hood down the drivers side pin latched a bit high and the passenger side did not latch. the is no tension on the latch handle and the drivers side is a bit high and the pin is firmly stuck on the latch hole. I removed cruse control diaphragm and took one of the bolts out the hood pin while taking out the second the ratcheting box wrench I was using got trapped on the bolt on top of the cable retainer nut for the hood release. I know Im running on but now Im stumped. HELP!

UPDATE. I removed second bolt that holds pin to hood . Is there any way to get to the third?
