No start no gas
got towed tonight no fuel pressure, tutn the key and I get ret 12 volts while the enngine is trying to turn over. No voltage when the key is turned to the on postion.When the key is on shpouldn't I have 12 volts?

The ECM turns on the fuel pump for 2 seconds when you first turn on the ignition to prime the fuel rails for starting. After that the engine has to be rotating (cranking or running) for the ECM to turn on the fuel pump.
