My question to you is this...My 1991 has after market headers and the ERG was never installed...can you please explain to me how do I go about having this done to correct this problem? I need to know what do I have to do to connect from the headers to the ERG . Thank you.

The easiest way to explain this is for you to purchase a CD of the 91's Field Service Manual from eBay and print the page(s) that show what the EGR system involves.

I sold the car and my FSM so I am unable to explain too much. You will probably have to replace the passenger side exhaust manifold as it has a pipe that goes from that to the intake manifold. You might get someone to weld one on to your header but not likely.
You will also need anything else the prior owner removed that was part of the system. Does the car still have its AIR system?
