Ive got one of those that I use on my bmw all the time. Very handy.
Drawback is they EAT batteries. Even when turned off. So keep extra batteries with it all the time. Rechargeable batteries are a good idea too.

Melting Slicks
Harbor Freight sells them. I have the brownline one and a friend has the harbor freight one mentioned. The brownline is easier to use, programmable, holds peak loads and is very loud when the beeper goes off hitting the mark. Its a much nicer unit but does cost more.

I have a couple of the Snap-On digital torque wrenches which also allow torque-angle tightening. I think you are supposed to take the batteries out if the wrench will not be used again soon.
