Default Discontinued part, Help.

I went to order the red c5z06 calibers for my 95 and found that GM has discontinued the rear caliber bracket part # 12455800. I have looked online with no luck, any suggestions. I really would like to get the matching calibers for the rears

Thanks
Goose.

P.S. I am not that good with computers so I may not be getting the results I should.

Why are you looking for "REAR" parts? The only C5 caliper changes are generally for the FRONTS of the car. The E-brake is different and rear stuff just isn't done. Are you sure you're not just wanting to do left and right fronts? Explain?

Swapping in C5 rear brakes onto a C4 is not an easy job. And the rear rotor diameter is not a lot different than the C4 rotor diameter. I believe the swept area is similar too.

I see in another thread you're wanting just the appearance offered by the rears and I'd think if you insisted on NEW parts you could find all on eBay. The one you were missing/couldn't find was there for sure. I would think a couple $$'s should buy you all of the C5 rear brackets and hardware you should need at the JY. The post in the WTB C5 section a good thought also but I believe could maybe be done less expensively at a local JY.

"upgrading" to a rear C5 caliper system is a waste of money, time, and sweat.
