The results are in!
Some of you may have seen my thread about doing the license plate air induction mod well I am finished and the results are in. At freeway speeds [lets say 80 for the heck of it] I would never ever run cooler than 194, after the mod I am running 189! I never ran 189. In the city not much changes because of the lesser air flow but still temps are lower by a couple degrees. When I pull into my garage the cooling fans are always on but not this time temp was 215. Now the steep grade test, temps about 205, with the mod I never saw 200. This was also at lets say 80mph. So there it is guys, It works for me.

Kimmer...that is great. I run 185-194 with the loser 160 stat and having the fans reprogrammed.
Now I want you to hit....(lets say 80 mph to use your words) down the straights at the autocross to keep the engine running cooler..
