Default MAF install help

So I'm going to install a new MAF on my '88 and the instructions say that the computer may need to be reset after the install. How do I go about resetting the computer? Thanks in advance.

Just install it and see what happens. My guess is it will be fine. If you really want to then disconnect the battery for a few minutes.

There is no calibration. Just plug it in and go.
