Default Window regulator track grease

Hi guys
I have removed and cleaned all my window regulators
Now what grease do I use to relube
Them ?

A mate says silicon spray only ?

What have u guys used ?

Ive always used white lithium grease. Or if you have any synthetic automotive grease.

Mapa has a great for regulators ,sunroofs it is called Sil-Glyde
and it doesn't smell like petroleum based. I also wipe my weatherstrip in the back so not too much squeaking.

Lithium base for the motor pinion to the regulator drive. I might be inclined to do nothing for the slide in the run channel or maybe the Sil-Glyde product but certainly nothing more.

Will go to the local guys and see if they can get me some
