Default 1992 Front Bumper Height

I was wondering if someone could provide the height in inches from the ground to the front of bumper right where it turns below the front lights. Also what is the size in inches of that section underneath the front lights. The reason I am asking is because I had some PDR done to my car and when I picked it up the front bumper was damaged. I did not realize it till home so I went back to shop the next day after calling owner and he showed me the video. The owner has a 1992 Vette that shows him backing out and it looks like his front bumper scraped my bumper when he turned out but because camera angle is behind his car it is not really evident. I asked to see front of Vette but no go. My front bumper lost paint and the scuff is a very defined line and it looks like it matches the front bumper part right under front lights of his model Vette. So I was thinking if I have these measurements it will add up to the line that is on my car. Any bodies help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Mar

I could do that for you, but not sure at exactly which point you need the measurement. At almost sounds like you are describing the bottom edge of the black trim around the front signal/driving lights. Is that correct? Or are you asking about the the most forward projection of the front bumper?

Thanks for replying. Really appreciate it. The best way to describe it I think after looking at pictures of 92 Vettes online is the section of bumper right below signal lights as it starts to rap around going toward tire. The height from ground to bottom of that section and the width of it before the lights are installed. The pictures online show no black trim just painted bumper.

Default My 94

In case you don't get a reply my 94 is about 12.25 to the bottom of bumper and about 14.5 to the centerline of the bumper. See if you get another reply also. Mine is stock with no wheel or suspension changes.

Thank you so much. Just to make sure its 15.25 inches to top of black bumper. This helps a lot because it matches the scrap perfectly with my measurements and also the black mark that was left on the paint that was not taken off had to have come from the black bumper trim.

Glad to help. BTW, on a 92 the little area between the front and side marker light is always black.

Great. Again thank you so much. This matches the mark on my car and gives me piece of mind because I knew car did not have that when I dropped off. Also, thanks Richard for reply as well. By the way, 92 Vette is a great car really like them. Hey, I like any Vette!
