Default Valve cover emblem

Guys, my emblem came off and need to know what to use to reattach it? Has anyone had this issue and what did you use?

I used a little hot melt glue. It held very well for years until I bought a new one when I redid my valve covers.

This is an old photo. I refused to pay for an over-priced valve cover emblem so I pulled out my plastic car paint and painted it myself. Used a silicone gasket cement to hold it to the valve cover. Not pretty but still there.

removed from the engine - scrub with simple green, rinse/dry, prep-sol wipe, and couple coats of VC paint -

Struthers, oh That pic was taken at old Stonewall Golf Course in Ellwood City Pa maybe six years ago. I have been to Morgans Castle the last several years. Took the 79 this year. That's a nice show.
