I would say little to high, for C4, buy C7 few dollars more, and get warranty.

I'm thinking the "make offer" means that 50k is a little strong. It seems about 1 a year a DRM C4 goes on ebay always with low miles mostly asking in the low 20s

Not worth it. Not by a longshot. In fact, I would think it might be even more difficult, than it already is, to find someone to work on it with all of the modifications. It's just like a 383 with gears, trans work, and upgraded braking but instead of being done by a single owner it's done by a tuner company. And I doubt they would even service it anymore. Often when someone does a lot of upgrades to their own car, it is worth less because of the hassle of repairs since it is so different from stock.
Frankly, worth about one half to one third of the advertised value to me.

Let rich people buy it.
At their yacht club
"Oh hi Ronnie, you know I bought a vintage Corvette for $50,000. This one is a rare one, GM only made two of these, and the other one no longer exist. This is a yellow 40th anniversary, and normally they were Ruby Red.
What color was the other one?
I hired a former NYC detective, these days he is a private investigator, and charges $5,000/hr. He stated the other one was black, and it's last known location was Utah
..But this one doesn't have the 40th badges
The PO removed them to remain low profile"

I'll sell you my updated 24K mile Doug Rippie DRM-480 Grand Sport (2 in existence) for nearly half that price. It's a 383 LT4 with $20K worth of everything Doug could do in 1996.
Plus, it's not yellow

well, it's advertised as a "SCCA" race car, but there is no mention of an SCCA logbook or that it would, in fact meet any actual SCCA class criteria...and it's an automatic...and its (way too) yellow , but still it's a very nice example of a car modded to the max in a period correct manner, and you just have to know that the previous owner poured a ton of money into it. So if yellow is your color, and you can afford it, why not ? Not like another one's going to come up for sale anytime soon.

Not an LT1 car, but a good friend of mine is selling (privately) his Yellow ZR-1 with a Rippie engine. The license plate is "SERIOUS", and I believe the car is fairly well known in central parts of the USA. The engine is black, not silver, BTW...
If interested, drop me a PM for details.
