Basics. 160K miles rebuilt engine and trans at 149k, mostly stock except for exhaust, paint and some interior accents. Fairly new tires and brakes. Runs clean.

I dont know where the seller is getting his nomenclature but the only "ZR2s" I know of had a 454 in it. The engine I see is a regular 350 L98. I dont understand why people throw terms around and expect anyone to believe whats being spouted out.

The only "ZR-2" I have ever seen was an opttion on some Chevy S-10 pickups. There was no such option on any Corvette from the factory.
It looks like the AIR hose to the driver's side exhaust manifold is missing and a cap placed on the tube. Not a biggie, but it may fail emissions testing if that's a requirement.
The front edge of the dash cap looks like it's in poor shape as well as the horn button. Otherwise the interior looks good.
The mileage on the engine and trans shouldn't be a big deal unless the car has been driven hard.
$4K might be a good starting point to deal, but there are a lot of really nice C4's out there at good prices. You didn't say how many other cars you have looked at, but I would suggest you keep looking. Always buy the best car for the money you have budgeted. There are lots of nice later year C4's available in the $6 to $8K range with far less miles. You should able to find a nice 92 and later C4 with the LT1 for that price range.

A Google search comes up with a late mo C3 with the LS6 installed, dubbed the ZR2; a big block concept car to test viability of a counterpart to the 5.7L ZR1s that were introduced in '70.
Then again, the C4 454/ZR2 concept was another exploration into the viability of substituting the BBC for the LT5 which didn't prove out, apparently.
As mentioned, the photo is of an L98, SBC (note: if you need a quick proof, take a look at the intake and exhaust tube configurations compared to those of the BBC!) The seller is either smoking something or was "taken" by that ZR2 (BS) and is trying to pass it on, kinda like this dude tried to do some years ago...

The Z52 has everything the Z51 performance package has except for the stiff springs. So Z52 includes quick ratio steering, heavy duty cooling (additional fan on front of radiator), engine oil cooler, Bilstein shocks, and heavier front sway bar.

The market on the C4 isnt the best so yes, $4-3.5K.
