Default About my new C4....

Just got the last document required by my DMV to register, unless they think of something else.

This is for my '93 Anniversary coupe.
Bought sight unseen off ebay - except for photos - w/out the test drive.
No history or paper trail.
From 2500 miles away, shipped by an auto transport company off the
internet.
WOW......who in their right mind buys a C4 this way, and WHY?

Well, it wasn't driven in winters - and they have long winters in
Vermont.
Two previous owners (seniors).
New tires, brakes & shocks.
Good glass & interior.
Both tops - one in a bag.
Spare tire in place.
83K miles, and it came with the original Corvette Video!
Price $5250, plus $1200 to ship.

So far i've done the requisite headlight repair - just needed new
"pellets", and have found no rust or damage.
But haven't really started to drive it yet - maybe 100 mi - without
plates.
"I'd rather be lucky than good" and i sure hope my luck continues.
I'd post a photo, but everybody knows what a Ruby looks like, right?
Cheers

Congrats on the purchase. Funny, that's exactly how I purchased my '93. Off of Ebay. It came from Las Vegas, and I live near Chicago.

Have fun and enjoy the ride.

Photos are required. I tend to forget car years and need to be reminded. Congrats on your purchase.

Congrats on what sounds like a terrific deal!

Oh, pics are required. It's an unspoken rule here on CF.

Happy for ya,

Lee

Man, that is just awesome. It makes my day to crack open the laptop and see another C4 find a good home. And a completely unmolested one at that. Congratulations, sir.

At the risk of speaking the unspoken, more pix please!

Happy for you, enjoy your new toy! These cars run better when they are driven often. Seriously. Go drive it.

Very very (very) nice. Welcome to the forum. Looking forward to hear about your adventures. If you are like me you will find a bunch of "****les" you never thought of looking at but hopefully will not bother you anyway. Drive safe and post often.
