Hey guys I'm really looking into a fsm because I'm tired of going on YouTube trying to find out how to do something. There's a fsm in a binder on eBay for about $45. I could buy that or I could download this pdf version. Was wondering if anyone dealt with this site before and if this is a full copy of a fsm or just bits and pieces of it. '83 to '90 were all separate manuals. I'd be suspicious. What year are you looking for?

Yeah that's why I thought I'd ask first. I was looking for the manual for an 85.

Get the real book off ebay the red cover my 94 is a two book set not sure on yours. A bunch of them now.

FSM's will turn up in the C4 Parts For Sale section from time to time. Fleabay will probably be the best chance of finding a 1985 FSM right away.

The "real" manuals themselves are bound paperback books. Anything in a binder is not a Helm produced original manual.

Not quite true. The blue plastic covered FSM is what was provided to dealers for their service department for that particular year and model. Having bought several of these manuals through Helms for various vehicles I've owned, you can get them later too through Helms. One advantage to this one vs the bound one is you can add info to it when you find something you want to add to the manual. The downside is you can remove things from the manual. If someone decided something wasn't important, it could have been removed not to be seen again.

I have the blue one, it's been good to me though I did fine one section gone from it when I bought it. I was able to get that in pdf form and print it off so it's complete again.

Thanks for the help guys I was able to get a service manual and a Haynes manual as a package deal for $31 on eBay.
