Me and My C4 Vert
I love my C4 Vert and hate to see it go when it sells. Took her out last weekend for a little cruise and she got lots of attention, even while cruising around with a bunch of C7 Z06s.

If I am not mistaken you have done a lot of very nice upgrades to your C4-someone is going to get a very, very nice vette. Good to hear you are putting your wife above all else.

Nice car, not going to add much to the housing fund by selling it though. Maybe a new small house??

Although my part of Florida is more pricier ,utilities especially this time of year are low, restaurants, taxes, insurance, gasoline etc as well. Utility bill was $48 this month using some heat in an all electric house. That's why I'm here but the best reason to me is no more snow to clean up and many top down days
By the way nice C4 yellow vert.

I moved here to invest in rental houses 4 years ago.
If all goes as planned I will retire at 55 with a low 6 figure income.
I'm lucky, as a computer programer I can live anywhere and make normal wages.
No since spending all that money on inflated housing costs.
Wish I had figured it out 20 years ago. I could have retired by 35 if I had started at 20.
Starting at 38 means I will be 53 before all the houses are paid off.
Better late then never.
Did not mean to jack his thread. Nice car... should make a nice down payment.

Started a hosting biz and sleep allot and watch the money come in each month. I never leave the house except on weekends sometimes.
Not rich just doesn't cost squat to live here.
Wife still works a regular job but its for the insurance. You cant get good insurance except thru a company these days at least around here.
