Default Route 66 Fun Run

This is a 3 day annual event that goes from Seligman, AZ to Topock, AZ and covers the longest stretch of the original Mother Road. I now live 3 blocks from Route 66 so I had to attend.
The tour made a day long stop in Kingman and involved an eclectic group of hot rods, muscle cars and historic vehicles. There were several Corvettes but only one C4.
This is a 1985 that the owner is preparing for the installation of a 427 engine. He has already installed a late model 6-speed. It looks rough now but he said that it was a work in progress:

GREAT PICS. always loved the C-1s with a hard top. great looking jeep, have a friend in England that has a 1942 army jeep , land lease deal back then.
