Default Clutch pedal height

Just installed a new master and slave clutch in my 95. The clutch seems very soft and doesn't come back up to the same height as the brake pedal. I can't remember if this correct or not. It seems to me that the pedals were pretty even before. I tried lifting it by hand it won't come back any further. I also can't get the pedal to bottom out on the carpet. It stops about a half inch short. I haven't tried the clutch to see if it is disengaging or not. One step at a time.

Ok now see if it works. If it still has air in it pump it up fast 5 or 6 times the hold it down for 5 to ten minutes the slip your foot off and let it spring back.
