when looking at the lines by my gas cap, I have a line on the top which i believe is my feed and two lines at the bottom one from the right and one from the left, why two I thought I would have a feed and a return?

Top lines is the feed line to the injectors and leads to the passenger side of the car. The other line that leads to the passenger side is the return line. The line going to the driver's side goes to the vapor canister.

On GMs the 3/8" line is the feed, the 5/16" is the return. The canister vent line is usually 1/4" & is held on by a spring clamp. Use open end wrenches to measure the lines.
