Show off your under carrige
Who has cleaned the underside and suspension on their c4 and what do you use or like?
I have heard of simple green, purple power, eagle 1 etching, etc... I have to do serious 1st time real clean on my '90 I'd like to see and hear people's results.

The Eagle 1 etching works great
All I did was spray it on and wipe it off
Imagine if I spent some time

Dalesc4 , yours is awesome. 1bdvet, yours is top notch as well. I used the eagle one etching cleaner, a nylon scrub brush and water. Easy peasy. Mine is a driver and sets outside, so to go as far as these other guys would be of no use for me. But man, is that some nice work they've done.

Great job yes mines a touch far
I must admit I own a metal polishing company so it's what I do
U guys all have the right idea
The trick is the more u can smooth out the alloy the sinner
I can get it
So sanding is the only way to get them like mine
And then use a polish like
Autosol or Fitz
The other ones are really just to keep them clean
If any one has any questions
Please let me no

Melting Slicks
I took basically everything apart under the car and painted it bright silver with gloss black accents using a catalyzed automotive paint, engine was just gloss black underneath. Here's a few pictures from my build thread...
