Liked the C5 Z06 wheels from the very start. Think they look great on any generation C4. When I saw a company that made the reproduction in the style I was looking for, didn't give it a second though before upgrading to the 275/40-17's in the 38mm backspacing that I needed for my 87.

Way too close to being "wanna-be"....

If you want custom wheels, then stock-type Corvette wheels from a later model don't cut it.
HRE, Forgeline, and to a lesser degree CCW and Fikse, etc. are custom wheels.

, I agree with this and I think the C-5s look good on your car.

This is a good looking C4

I don't agree, and in all honestly, I don't know of a rim style I'd like more than the 2010 C6 rims I have on my C4.

to OP:

Not what I would have picked, but they do look good. The rim color does compliment the body color nicely.

To the OP:
Nice looking wheels! I love the look of the C5 Z06 wheels on C4's. Your Corvette looks awesome.

I put the same wheels on mine earlier this year...

18x10.5 with 315's on all 4 corners.

Yes, my 1988 Corvette is 'Charcoal Metalic', I'm not sure exactly how long the paint color was used for but I have only ever seen one other corvette in the same color and that was 10 years ago. I quite like the color also.

Here's a few more pictures:

I think they look great too. If I ever decide to get rid of my CE wheels then I think I would choose what you have.

If the OP's wheels are the OE Speedlines, then they aren't heavy at all: 20lbs for the 18x10.5. As for the looks, that's obviously up to personal taste but I like the way they look on C4s.
