Mine came yesterday, but have been too busy to install it. Did Tom provide the installation directions? He said to call him and he would step me through it, but if it is fairly straight forward I will install it without calling him. When are you going to drive it and how does it feel?

Anyone else received theirs yet? He left a message on my cell 2 weeks ago it was going to powder coaters. But no call with a tracking # yet.

I agree! While the brace took a while to arrive...it was well worth the wait. My only gripe is our weather has turned to rain...rain... and more rain. Can't put the brace on till late next spring.

No one has mentioned a price, is it that high?
IM guessing this is a one or the other item, meaning only when the top is out does it go on?
Why not just stiffin it from the under side like most vert cars are done.
IM up to 2 kinda of SFC on my 86 Firebird, and its a hardtop coupe

I have talked to him on the phone before. But he has never returned a email. Hopefully he calls you back. Actually he has always answered the phone.

Contacted Tom on phone today. Gotta say, what a nice guy on the phone. Sounds like he is working towards making another batch of Truss Bars. I hope I'm not speaking out of turn, but if your looking for one of these; and if you own a Coupe you should be looking for one of these. With the roof off mine shakes like a blender, but I have the ZO7 pkg so that might be part of it. Now is the time; to get them done before spring cruising. Thank you for making these Tom.
