What's my 1996 Collectors Edition Worth?

Well... that depends.
Condition?
Location?
Time of year when looking to sell?
Options? (RPO codes)
I'd say top $15K (showroom/NCRS 90+) and bottom $5K (push, pull or drag).

check Criagslists for your area to see what similar cars might be selling for, it varies depending on where you live. Here in New England sport car prices tend to drop in the fall (because of on coming winter) but rise in early spring.

You are wrong.
CE was an option available on all models except GS. You could have an LT1 w/ automatic or LT4 with manual but not the other way around. CE was only a paint code option (silver only) with exterior emblems, seat embroidery, and wheels.
Additionally, the LT4 could be had on any car as long as it was a manual.
The GS could only be had in the LT4 w/ Manual. Either convertible or coupe.

Nice car. Very clean.
Assuming everything works (PATS, PKE, A/C, vents), the car runs well (cooling, optispark, transmission, no leaks), all rubber seals are good, and a service history is available, then I as a seller would start at $15K and probably take the first $12K offer.

Everybody has their hard stop. Just make sure you have yours and don't settle. It is always better for you if you don't have to sell.

More pics you have that show off its strong points like gloss on the paint, undercarriage which almost noone shows better your chances are. You may have to wait for that guy that has to have it should time not be a factor then-
Sounds like you already got your bottom line so go for it hope youre successful
Been a reality ck trying to sell off a few this last yr. Pretty rough out there not just for Corvettes, unless they are really in demand you may sit on them awhile.

I agree with your thoughts 100%. $12k is much too low unless there are serious issues or needs involved. Your problem now is the wrong time of year to be selling. The approaching holiday season is notoriously slow for sales. GLWS!!

The Z15 Collector edition was silver paint/emblems/seat embroidery/wheels/brake calipers with LT4/ZF6 or LT1/A4
The Z16 Grand Sport was blue paint w/stripes/emblems/seat embroidery/wheels/brake calipers with LT4/ZF6 and fender flares and a unique serial number.
Like others have been saying, a good condition low mile (32k) CE A4 is somewhere in the $12k to $15k if you can find the right buyer. The problem is that it can be difficult to find that buyer. It can take a while, or you can get lucky and find one quickly.
One of the problems with pricing is that the prices are all over ranging from about $6k to $15k depending on condition/mileage/ and where it is listed. Even though the low priced ones are usually not as nice, some are pretty good, and the same with the higher priced ones most are pretty good, but some are not.
When you sell, let us know if we are in the ballpark on pricing or not.
As a side note:
The LT4 CE's bring a little more, but it surprises me how much more the GS brings even though they are almost the same car. I have been looking at prices because I bought a '96 CE LT4 last year and may be selling it in another year or so.
