Default washboard vibration

92 auto coupe with 70K miles

On rough surfaced paved roadways, (not on smooth) intermittently get washboard like vibration from passenger front, only when I accelerate firmly as when entering from on-ramp, or accelerating to pass...no problems when release pedal or with slow acceleration at same speed range...

any ideas...(tires about !yr old)

Thanks

Ball joint, tie rod end and wheel bearing is where I would start. Those would all be affected when the front suspension is unloaded from acceleration.

Thanks...

Any way for me to tell which it might be?
Should both sides be replaced at same time?
Should all 3 be replaced at same time ?

All three can be checked individually. Usually, suspension components are replaced in pairs.

Tire out of round or not balanced correctly. Had the same issue. Fix tire and problem went away. I would first try having all your tires Road Force balanced. Call the tire shop and ask what day of the week they calibrate their machine and go there the next day.

Shocks, and you can confirm by checking your tires for cupping occurring on either or both outside edge.
