anyone have an idea what size bulb fits in the climate control (C68) of an 88 vette?

Thanks for that!!! I checked the fsm, electrical, and a Chilton, but did not see the size mentioned....

I actually got that from an FSM - check maybe 8B-13 or so in your '88 FSM. "Replacement Light Bulbs"
