I have a 1995 corvette that recently stopped starting upon examining the fuse box under the hood i find where ther was a red wire connected to the side terminal that has broken off does anybodt know where it is supposed to connect

There would be 2 RED wires that supply power to each of the under-hood fuse boxes. Having a NOT running condition I'd say it needs to go to UH FUSE BOX #1. I've never owned a C4 with UH BOXES but I'd think the wire would use a ring terminal to a stud on the fuse box. All of my other GM that have UH BOX all have a ring terminal on the wire to the box.
