There's action pending against the makers for false advertising. I'm sure there's a link buried in the archives somewhere. Seems they exaggerated/distorted/outright lied about their product's ability to reduce wear and friction. Makes you wonder about the avaiation stuff that it's based on, though. I might have to start interrogating the powerplant mechanic before I board...

Got it guys..you are all right. There is an action pending for false advertising.....at least I did'nt buy this time....

Yup, Just changed mine with Mobil 1 5w30 full synthetic over the weekend.
The best there is. :D

Absolutely NOT! When you're using one of the best motor oils that money can buy (Mobile 1), you don't need ANY sort of aftermarket additives, regardless of their claims.

One of the things about the Zmax ads, is that after all the hoopla about the race car driver driving all the way around the track with no water or oil in the vehicle, comes the disclaimer to not attempt this yourself on your vehicle.

Like why NOT??? DUH! That should have been the tip-off right there, that it was fraudulent advertising.
